Airliner is a one man project by Kristian Rosengren, former guitarist of Aerospace. He's been writing beautiful and slow pop songs for years and his debut came out in 1999. It was split 7" single on Labrador Records. A single which sold out quickly and gained a very good reputation among the pop loving kids around the world.

In the spring of 2002 Airliner felt ready to start recording his debut album and Johan Angergård of Club 8 and Acid House Kings was hired to record and produce the album in the famous Summersound Studios. The album, "The last days of August" was released in February 2003. Ten sad and wonderfully sensitive pop songs about love and lost.

Airliner is right now building his own studio in the comfort of his home. Will this result in a new album? Only time can tell.
