Stockholm, July 15 2010!

It’s now the middle of the summer here in stockholm and theres been a heatwave of epic proportions over sweden for several weeks. Your favorite band is not only about bike rides and swimming though, theres also been some recording going on under the baltic sun. Hopefully these intermissions will be on some kind of plastic or vinyl in the future. We have been listening to some old sessions too and realized that we must have been complete idiots sometimes and very focused other times.

The remix of  ”pallers – the kiss”  that i wrote a little about in the previous post is out and completely free. It’s been getting some response from various blogs. Also the show we did for p3pop can be found here and they are actually rerunning that program this monday.

If you want to catch your band this summer you should head over to the old spot Gula villan in Handen for the small free festival “En nypa musik” on the 15th august.

Also if you are in the UK you should have a look over at Peters other duo springfactory’s myspace to see if they are going to visit your city during their tour on the island starting next week.

If you look to the right you will now see a little player distributing a new song from Suburban Kids With Biblical Names fortcoming EP #4.
The name of the song is “Studenter pÃ¥ flak” and Yes it´s sang in swedish if you were wondering. If you know your Suburban Kids i guess you could say that it´s like a new and updated “Shitty Weekend” lyricswise. All about Stockholms beauty and downsides. Or maybe it´s our take on Orup, i don´t know.
